ELVN connects to an Xtream-compatible service you already have. It does not include channels, movies, series or a subscription to any content provider.
Before you start
Have your provider’s HTTPS server address, username and password ready. ELVN cannot create, renew or recover provider credentials.
Connection or playback issue
- Confirm that your provider account is active.
- Check the server address and credentials for typing errors.
- Try the same stream on another network.
- In ELVN Settings, enable usage statistics only if you want to share anonymous diagnostics. Sharing encrypted connection diagnostics is separate and off by default.
Contact support
Open a support request in the ELVN issue tracker. Never include your server address, username, password, playlist URL or screenshots containing credentials.
